Refund eligibility and process for Wan27image purchases

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases, subscriptions, and other paid digital services offered by Wan27image.
2. General Rule
Because Wan27image provides digital services, immediate-access credits, and usage-based processing, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the transaction has been completed and the purchased entitlement has been issued or made available.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available merely because:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not use all purchased credits.
- Credits expired under the applicable product rules.
- You canceled a subscription after a billing cycle started.
- You disliked the style, variation, or subjective quality of generated outputs.
- Your own device, browser, network, or local environment prevented you from using the service.
4. Limited Refund Exceptions
We may review a refund request when there is a clear billing or service-delivery failure caused by us, such as:
- Duplicate billing for the same order.
- A successful charge with no credits, subscription access, or purchased entitlement delivered.
- A verified technical outage affecting the paid service for a material period and preventing the purchased feature from being used.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We evaluate requests case by case.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period, and access usually continues until the end of that already-paid term unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
6. How to Request Review
To request a refund review, email support@wan27image.app and include:
- The account email address.
- The order number, invoice, or transaction ID.
- A short description of the issue.
- Any evidence that helps us verify the problem, such as screenshots or timestamps.
We aim to review requests within 3 business days, although complex cases may take longer.
7. Resolution Method
If a request is approved, we may choose the appropriate remedy, including a partial refund, full refund, replacement credits, service restoration, or another reasonable corrective action.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us about a resolvable issue, we may suspend related credits, subscription benefits, or account access while the payment dispute is under review.
9. Policy Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
